New Year's Day

    New Year's Day is the beginning of the new year. The New Year's Day in most countries is January 1st, but in China it is not. Chinese New Year is the lunar calendar in January 1st. On this day, children will receive money. All people will wear new clothes to welcome the new year in China. Most people spend the New Year in their home. The whole family eat dinner and watch the Spring Festival evening party. After the New Year, people go to visit friends. New year means that people are one year older, every child likes the New Year's Day.
