Hello friends, I’m Nimesh, You know that i’m from India. Today is October 31 and for Indian people today is New Year. Yesterday was Diwali, Diwali is festival of light, love, peace, joy, prosperity. Why we celebrate Diwali ? What is Diwali ? I know you got a question. First of all, Diwali is signifies the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, Knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. We celebrate including millions of lights shining on housetops, outside doors and window, around temples and almost all places. Here are some images so you can understand batter. In the first image you will see some lamps and there are women are making beautiful place in front of god. That place is temple.

In addition to diwali, before diwali night, people clean, renovate and decorate their homes and offices. On diwali night, people dress up with new clothes, light up lamps and candles inside and outside and they also do family prayer. Somewhere people are meet with each other at night and do prayer with society and neighborhood.   

After family prayer, we follow firework. Children are excited about firework. Next, we are eating Special dinner together. It’s including sweets and we exchange of gifts betweet family member and friends.
