Kotatsu

       In our life, lots of people like collecting some creative, convenient or meaningful objects. For example, my uncle who likes collecting some antiques especially some chairs. He collected many kinds of chairs and put in a separate room. I didn’t take the photos before, so I found some chairs that are similar to them from the internet. My uncle also collected other objects like the old money, book, clothes, stones, amber and so on. One hand, he likes these antique. On the other hand, he needed to sell them and earn money.

       Today, I saw an interesting and creative object that called Kotatsu. This is a desk and also a heater. Actually, it is a special bed. If you have this one, you can have the meal, read books and play the computer and so forth. Everything you can do at this desk and do not afraid of cold at home. It is very suitable for lazy people or some small animals like cats. In a word, there are also some interesting objects that created by someone. I like to see their crazy products and it is convenient for us. Like this desk.

I learned skating almost 5 years old. So I really enjoyed skating! Also our NEST and ELI friends enjoyed skating! A few weeks later i will go back Korea but ELI made good memory! Today i will go dance party maybe it will give fun time :)

sleep

Sleeping is very important for everyone and it decides your health. So, we should have a good sleep and how to get a good sleep? In my opinion, the length of sleep is the most important but how long we should to sleep. According to the expert report that people have to sleep at least 8 hours a day. The length can promise you can have enough energetic to work and study. Sleeping also have the difference of degree. Among all the night, we only have one fourth time to enter the deep sleep. And deep sleep is the most important for everyone and this can let you recover body and mind. So, we can not let the work take up our sleep time. We should keep enough sleeping every day

HEALTH FREAKS !!

Now a days people are becoming health freak. They try to follow whatever they read or hear about healthy food. But we need to be careful about where that information came from because everything is commercialized now. Different companies hire researchers to give their opinion on their side. Because of this, there are so many different views and studies are available to read online. It became very hard to figure out to which extend we should trust them and follow them.
For example, according to the previous research, we should use less butter because it has fat, which leads to the high cholesterol, but the other study says it’s good for us. Same for the yellow part of eggs too, now they agree that it’s good for our health. The other example we can use is nuts. They used to say almonds & walnuts are good for us and we should eat less cashew because it has more fat but now study shows we should include more cashews in our diet. Same for oil too. Before they said mixture of different oils (more olive oil) is good but now they became the fan of coconut oil.
The purpose of my explanation is that don’t just blindly follow whatever you read, but first make sure where it came from, specially now when citizen journalism is on the pick, everyone is journalist and can post anything on the net. So it became more necessary that we should check the authenticity of the article before following it.


P.S.  If you would ask me, I am a big fan of moderation. We should eat everything which nature provides us but in a moderate amount. Moderation is the key to good health.

A Woman

Four days before, an eight-year-old boy fell down into the river in Guizhou province, in China. The boy played roller skating and then he could not keep balance, so he fell down into the river. Fortunately, a woman jumped into the river at once and saved him. The woman is already fifty years old, but she didn’t afraid and save the boy. What such a brave person!!! After that, she left quietly and unwilling to say her name to other people. The woman said, “It is an easy thing for me, so I don’t need to any reward.”

Such a warm heart person, we can study to her. Of course, we should save ourselves first. Furthermore, we need very careful to play anything in our daily life and protect ourselves, because we cannot make sure every accident has some persons to save you. In the East Antarctica, there was a giant death of 150,000 Adeli penguins. Many researchers think about 160,000 Adeli penguins have died during had looked for feed. They had to move 70 miles for find feeds in the sea.While their migration, a giant iceberg blocked their route. According to Jonathan Pearlman (2016), the writer of an article, The iceberg's length is 60 miles and bulk of this iceberg is 1,120 square miles. It is bigger than Luxembourg. Pearlman also writes that  New Zealand and Australia's researchers assert that just about 10,000 penguins have survived in their huge party. A huge iceberg of the problem have blocked the bay that can through routes for find feeds. So big numbers of penguins were locked and killed by hunger. As you see this article, these days we have a lot of environmentl problems that caused by global warming. For instance, not only deaths' of  enormous number of penguins but also crisis of extinction of polar bears. They don't have any responsibility and fault of their death. Because of mankinds' excessive environment destroy and endless greed, they lost their friends, family and even themselves. We have to protect our planet, the earth and our precious animals. Therefore, we have to don't waste earth's resources and stop progress of global warming. There are several ways that we can do to obstruct global warming. For example, save water resource and make less air pollution. If you usually take shower about 30 minutes, make it 20 minutes. And walking than driving, if possible. These small things can make a big change. And your small living changes make the earth healthier!!
