My First Thanksgiving



What can I say?!
It was Christmas and my Birthday at the same time.
I loved it!
Eating together is always good. It's much better if you are with your family. Much better if you have money for food. The best when after you eat to much you don't have to study because it's a Holiday!!! <3
I went to Atlanta, eat turkey, turkey and more turkey. I went to shopping on pre-black-thursday because America it's crazy!!! And I love it. I cannot describe the feeling. It's an amazing Holiday and I think everybody should try it once. :)

SMOKY MONTAINS




          Gatlinburg is a small town about an hour away from the town where I live, Knoxvlle. Practically the local trade revolves around tourism. In cities that are close to the mountains, there are parks, photo booths, cable cars, hotels, restaurants, shops and a community of people striving to preserve this natural beauty and are proud to live in such a beautiful region and have a wildlife . After all, the whole city is surrounded by majestic mountains.


         Last Saturday I visited the city with friends and went up one of the mountain to see the sunset from a belvederE that is at the top. Even by car it was possible to enjoy the beauties of the place. That's why I consider the Great Smoky Mountains, as they are known, a great place to go with the family on Thanksgiving because the lush nature is enough to remind us to thank our lives. From the top of the mountain, despite the cold, you can see a green valley, which probably should be full of animals. I woke up very sad to receive the news two days after a fire destroyed a large area of the park and hit the village houses.

How to prevent become a too strong guy?
First thing is do not eat too many protein powder. The power, that you need everyday, come from the food, which is you eat everyday, enough.
Second thing is do not lift too heavy weights. Reducing the weights and increasing times of lifting is good way to keep your body size.
Final, to find some friends working out together would be better. I am sure that you will fall in love with working out, if you can meet new friends during working out. 
In conclusion, just do it!
