There are three participants, one of them with a genuine smile, other with a fake smile and the last one not smile. During and after mental challenge, researchers measured participants heart rate and stress levels. Finally the results demonstrated Genuine smile were less stressed and showed faster physiological recovery from the stressful tasks than Fake smile or no smile. This effect demonstrates also the “The facial feedback theory of emotion: your brain is constantly monitoring what’s happening in your body.” So here we have another reason for why we have to smile, don’t forget it.

Hello. every one. in the morning i go to eli class i saw newspaper. today's newpaper's  topic is "Zika virus threatens to hit USA". altually i don't know zika virus and i haven't hear of Zika virus. and than i was googling and suching of zika virus. The Zika virus transmitted by the aggressive Aedes aegypti mosquito,has now spred to at least 24 countries.zika virus from middle south america.many brazil prgnant woman had a zika virus and 29 baby died. we need a 3 thing of know about zika virus . first of all The zika virus is transmitted when an Aedes mosquito bites a person with an active infection and then spreads the virus by biting others. in addition to Where is the Zika virus now? The Zika virus is now being locally transmitted in Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Cape Verde, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Saint Martin, Suriname, Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Venezuela. if you guys paln to trevle some where be careful and don't foget that's countries. finally, zika virus has not a vaccine now. just be careful yourself. especially prgnant women and you should talk zika virus to family and freinds.

Fencing

I was a fencer. maybe some people know and some people don't know what is fencing. Fencing is sword fighting. Long time a go people used sword. Because they always survived. But these days it is sport. When I was middle school student, i saw the fencing club in our middle school. I want to learn fencing so I enjoyed that. I really loved and enjoyed it. I attended Asian Junior and Cadet Fencing Championship 2 times. I got team and individual Brozen medals. 2013 I retired fencing. Because I had surgery my knee. I was transplanted cruciate ligament and knee cartilage. Doctor said "you will not exercise too much and terribly. But i came here and i found fencing club, so some times I go to there and fenced together. Thank you.

German Coffeehouse

Well, Today, I was invited for International House to a German coffeehouse at Hodges Library – Mary E. Greer Room. It was very interesting, because I had the opportunity to have a conversation with some of German students, who are studying in UTK during this semester, and I could learn about their culture. For example, the sport that most of the people practice is soccer, he said “… like most of southern American countries, we also play soccer a lot.” About the weather, in winter it is colder than Tennessee. One of the most important holidays is Christmas, because they have also a lot of Catholic y Protestant people. Turkish is probably the second most spoken language. Finally, my last question was about if I have one week for visit Germany, which city do you recommend me to visit, they recommend me to visit Berlin, because this has a lot of museums, beautiful lakes, many clubs, and the biggest zoo in the world, which is named Berlin Zoological Garden.

Finally, I was convinced to travel Germany one time.

Nowadays, many people are facing various kinds of healthy problems. Because they spend a lot of time on studying or working and ignore the health. In my opinion, sporting is the good ways to keep fit. I like various kind of sports, such as badminton, soccer, running. Sporting has became a part of my life. Before i came to American, i always play soccer with my high school classmates. We can achieve health and pleasure when we play soccer. I like playing badminton most and i am good at it. Badminton without the limit of the space and the amount of people. We just need a small place and two people. So, we can play it at anytime and anyplace. Swimming is also benefit for our health, when i was young, my father always take me to the swimming pool and teach me how to swim. So, I can able to swim alone when i was young.

What's inside should be the outside, not like this

When I first came to the U.S.A., I was surprised to see everything was different or you can say, in some matters, opposite here. The measurement (miles, gallons, pounds, temperature etc.), the light buttons, even the side of the road, all were opposite from my country. But that was not it, even the people, how they express their feelings! They will say, “It’s ok” even though they are angry which can be seen on their facial expressions. Their facial expression reviles the different story, which confuses me because in my county, people use words to express how they feel, even sometimes in a bad way, which is not good, I understand.

But now I am used to it even thought I am not agree with it because I feel we need freedom to express our feelings. When we can’t express our feelings it leads to other behavioral problems. But yes of course we should use the right way and the right words to express it. And when we will find the good balance, every country will be the heaven!!  

Same sexual relationships are acceptable or not? Yunjung wu

I agree with same sexual relationships are acceptable. I have two resons for I agree it.

The first reaosn why I think same sexual relationships are acceptable is same sexual loves are just loves like others' loves. Even though they are gay or lesbian, their mind that love someone is same with different sexual loves or even bigger than that. Suppose that there is a gay couple. How can people say  to them, "Your love is not truthful because you are gays." It is not reasonable to think that same sexual love is undesirable because they are just have same sexual. They are just people who love other people like us. They do have their right that love other person who has good feeling to them, if each other want.

Another reason why I agree with same sexual relationships are acceptable is nobody want to born with homosexuality tendency. There are lots of homosexual around the world. Maybe, most of them don't want to have homosexuality tendency. And who knows that he or she will be homosexual before they grow up? Probably even their parents don't know whether their children have homosexuality. For example, What if one day your child say to you, " Mom, I 'm a gay." or "Dad, I 'm a lesbian." Guess how do you feel. Can you blame your daughter or your son who are tell about that with crying? Most of people who have homosexuality don't want to be a gay or lesbian. So nobody can't blame them.

Therefore, I agree with same sexual relationships are acceptable.

Hello, how are you? Next two weeks, we have a festival called Spring Festival in China, just like Merry Christmas in USA. Spring Festival is the most important festival in my country. When it comes, people are busy. They usually do some cleaning, go to the stores to buy some new clothes and a lot of meat, vegetables and fruit. In the evening before the Spring Festival, all family members come back and get together to have a very big meal. The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long. We have lots of activities during this vacation. People will visit relatives and friends and lit fireworks and firecracker. Children like this festival very much, because they can have delicious food and get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck.......
