I am Mela, this is my nick name from Marianela.

I'm from Ecuador. My country is full of beautiful mountain scenery, peaceful beaches that  are warm year round also  the Amazon jungle is unique an amazing and The Galapagos Islands is our pride because of  endemic species. I love traveling. I have visited many countries and I have been in for continents.

Actually I am living here to learn English  fluent and have a nice experience at East Tennessee lifestyle by delighting of all indoor and outdoor sports and delicious food.

I am amazed for facilities that the UT offer, i am going to take advantage of all.

Who am I?

 This is Allen who is from South Korea. The keywords representative of me are diving, sports psychology, and living in Tunisia. I was a national member in diving, so I could travel several countries around the world. It let me have desire to learn about English. As I was an athlete, I started having interest improving the performance, and I thought psychological aspects are one the important part of it. So, I decided to learn more about it at graduate school. Last, I lived in Tunisia, which is located in North Africa, for two years as a volunteer teaching how to swim for local children. The experience allowed me to know how to communicate with others who have different backgrounds. Now, I've been in knoxville in the U.S. to learn English to broaden not only knowledge but my perspectives.

 Hello, I have two names. One is my Korean name Dong-Yoon Lee. the other is English name Douglas. I was born in Seoul which is capital of South Korea. I want to let you know two interesting things about me.

 First, I am an only child. Honestly, Being in an only child is quite lonely. When I was high school student, I usually play a board game at my house after school. Because my friends go to a institute at that time. However, there are many positive thing. Such as I could get a lot of toys as much as I needed and eat many kind of foods as much as I wanted.

 Second, I almost died when I was middle school student. While I play a catch ball with my friend, I felt something was weird that my arm was broken. So I went to a hospital right a way and the doctor said, "You have serious disease in your arm." I took the surgery of my arm and It was done successfully. Now I am fine. But I cannot forget about that day. 

 In conclusion, I am proud of myself and my past. Like my past, I want to have a good memory in my future. Thank you.

  Hi, my name is Seungyeon and you can call me Judy.

I'm from South Korea and I'm university student in Korea. I have studied English for 7 months in ELI for improving my English skill. 

  My major is dance in Korea, and I want to be dance director. Specially ballet is international dance, so I need to have great English skill. That's why I came here.

  I like listening all kinds of music, watching performances and exercising at the gym. Usually, I watch Korean TV shows in my free time, because I have been missing Korea little bit.

  This is my last term, so I'd like to experience lots of things before I leave Knoxville.

Who Am I

     Hello everyone! My name is Ayaka Asano. I'm from Osaka in Japan. I'm twenty years old and a junior in my university. It has been passed two month since I came here. I like to make new friends, talk and hand out. My hobby is eating and listening to music and I especially like a Korean pop music. When I was in junior high, I belonged to a table tennis club so i like to play it. i like also travel and I had just been to Orland whole last week. If I can, I want to visit in Canada before I go back to Japan.

Hi, I'm Kotoha Suzuki in Writing 107. I'm from Osaka, Japan. In Japan, I'm a university student and my year is junior. My major is English and I'm studying it in ELI. Before I came here, I have been to Canada for study abroad for just 6 weeks. I stayed with lovely host family which had two daughters. One was a baby who was eight months old, and the other one was two years old. I enjoyed playing in the park with much snow and taking care of kids. I really like children, so I was happy to spend such a great time with them.

    Hi, This is Dohyun from South Korea, I have been living in Knoxville, Tennessee about three months. I am here for the purpose of improving my English skills and leadership skills in global sports as well. I used to play rugby while I was in high-school and also in college. I spend most of my time here playing rugby and studying English. I am going to work on improving my English in the upcoming semesters. I hope that I will become a fluent English speaker at the end of my time here.

I am from South Korea and it's been two months since I arrived in the US.
I took a previous semester and this is my second semester of ELI.
The reason why I am studying English is because I really like English. It is really fun to learn new things about English, and awesome to have good conversation with people from different countries in English.
I am really looking forward to studying and learning many things at this class together!

My name is Angela! My Chinese name is Zhangxiaohan Bai. I want to study in UT in the future I really want to major in Education. The reason that I want to learn Education is I love that feeling when I teach knowledge to children. That makes me happy. I love Knoxville because of feeling, too.
