These articles are about negative impact of perfectionism related to productivity, emotions, and health.

Research question: What are negative sides of perfectionism?

Perfectionism makes people hard to begin and finish tasks through procrastination. Perfectionists believe that one's self-worth is depending on their achievements. It causes fear of failure that makes people avoid the situations. In addition, perfectionism affects our emotions.People who have tendency towards being perfect usually set unrealistic goals. They often can't reach where they want because the goals are too high. Also, their inflexible mindset, all or nothing, brings anxiety and depression. For health, perfectionists are likely to be exposed to significant stress. It can make people experience chronic fatigue, pain, heart disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.

  1. Great articles. Will these be useful for your research? What did you learn from them? I noticed you synthesized them rather than summarize them separately.
