        This time I am going to describe two benefit of working out.         、 
        First is that working out in a gym can make you get many new friends. For example, when you lift weight in the gym, to do that with others person is a good choice. Because lifting weight is very dangerous, you need others to protect you. After that, you can protect others. Thus, it can build a steady relationship between you and others who protect you while you work out.
         Second is that working out is the best way to keep your body healthy. A lot of people want to go to the gym and work out because they saw the photo of  exerciser’s muscle. Of course, working out can increase the percentage of muscles. If you have many muscles, your body will become more sturdy. Those muscles will protect you to avoid the feeling of pain when you get hurt.

In addition, working-out can make your heart beat more vigorously. Heart in body is like motor in the car. Keeping heart healthy is a very important thing. When you do aerobic exercise, your rate of heart will be fast. It is like your heart is running. Thus, your heart has gotten exercise. If your heart become stronger, it can carry blood to go to any part of your body more easily.

    I also think the picture of the twins is fake. If they are twins, they'd be the same height. Working out can't make you taller.
