Women sushi chefs breaking free of men-only tradition in Japan

have you been to sushi restaurant in japan? if you want to go to shusi restaurant you can see two types of restaurant which mean expensive and cheap one. many expensive sushi restaurants have just men chief. some people think women's body temperature is too warm and they need to cut their hair.however there is a interesting restaurant called Nadeshiko in Tokyo. the owner,  chefs and stuffs are all women and  the concept is being cute. she think women can have a good communication skill more than men. she think women also can make sushi. in addition, to be a sushi chef is so difficult and it takes several years. chief in training usually isn't allowed to hold a knife. they just wash dishes or deriver sushi. the poeple who ate sushi in Nadeshiko said they like what they are getting. the writer hope more women become a chief.
i think the most important thing is the taste and not gender. men can make good sushi and also women can do that. however, i think a sushi restaurant dosen't need to be cute. If i pay a lot for a sushi, i will go to normal restaurant. the writer said the problem of gender then i think men and women should compete with same condition.https://newsela.com/articles/sushi-gendergap/id/11644/

  1. I didn't know that women are too warm to cook sushi in traditional restaurants. There is no difference who make sushi, but I wanna go to the restaurants too which have men chief, if I pay much money.

  2. I had no idea there was a gender division in sushi making. That's very interesting. I like going to the sushi restaurants where they have sushi on a rotating table - kaitensushi. Is that considered a cheap or expensive place?
